What if I only have a few recipes?
It still fills the week. With a small box it repeats a meal rather than leave a night empty, and it avoids repeating anything within 14 days when your box allows it. It gets better as your box grows toward the 20 or 30 meals most families rotate through.

The one exception is allergies and diets: a meal that breaks one is never proposed, even as a fallback. The same goes for busy nights. If nothing in your box fits the time you have, that night stays empty so you can decide.
