Terms of Service

Kangaroo Kitchen is a product of PerfSpot LLC. These terms are the agreement between you and PerfSpot LLC for using the Kangaroo Kitchen app and this website. By using either one, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with your email or your Google account. Keeping those secure is up to you.
• You are responsible for what you add to the app, and for who you invite. Anyone you invite into your household can see and change everything in it.
• You need to be 13 or older to have an account.
• Don't use it to defraud, spam, harass, or do anything illegal.

Your recipes

What you add stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to your household so the app can work. Only add recipes you have the right to keep a copy of. Recipes you save from the library come from public sources and keep their own license and attribution, which are shown on each recipe.

The service

The service is provided as is, with no warranties and no uptime guarantee.

We are not a nutrition, medical or food-safety service. Kangaroo Kitchen plans dinners from the recipes you give it. Allergy and diet matching works on ingredient names and can miss things, so always read labels and check ingredients yourself. We are also not a grocery store or a delivery service. The grocery list is a list.

We may update the product, pricing, and terms; we'll try to be reasonable about notice. The app is free today. If we introduce paid plans, they will be sold through Apple's in-app purchase, and Apple's payment and refund terms will apply to them.

Our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfSpot LLC and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, missed payments, data loss, or other consequences arising from your use of the service. You use Kangaroo Kitchen at your own risk.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Assignment

We may transfer or assign these terms and our rights and obligations under them, at any time, to any affiliate, acquirer, or successor. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent.

Ending things

You can stop using Kangaroo Kitchen at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

If you got the app from the App Store

These terms are between you and PerfSpot LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries may rely on these terms as they relate to your use of the app. Apple's own terms for the App Store apply as well.
